Menudo and Mustasa Salad

Dinner tonight is Menudo and Mustasa Salad. When I plan our family meals for the week, I ensure that I have something to eat. This way I don’t have to prepare separately which can be costly. I just avoid the high carb veggies like I avoided the potatoes in the Menudo and ate few carrots. We also used no sugar added tomato sauce. For the Mustasa Salad, I used Go Salad’s chimichurri dressing and sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top. Hope you’re having a good dinner!
