Dinner tonight is chicken tinola. The soup is so rich, definitely a comfort food. This is very low carb dish if you don’t eat the papaya. Chicken just like any meat is zero carbs and pepper leaves like all leaves are super low carb. So you can eat as much as you want unless you have a lot of weight to lose then you have to restrict your calories.
Since attaining my goal weight for months ago, I now eat to my heart’s content. And since I eat high fat and is now fat adapted (my body burns fat for energy) I don’t get too hungry anyway. So don’t give up when you feel like you are depriving yourself. It will all pay off and you can be like me eating us much as I want.
