Lunch today is hard boiled egg on a bed of lettuce with chimichurri dressing from Go Salad. Yes, after eating egg for breakfast, egg again for lunch. Why not? Egg is a perfect keto food. Egg is 62% fat, 36% protein and 2% cabs. No wonder those who do egg fast lose weight fast. And because it is high fat, it makes you feel full for a long time and reduces cravings. I buy cage free eggs though. I believe that happy chicken produces yummier eggs. If you can afford organic, that would be the best.
