Dinner last night is Lechon belly and Adobong Kangkong. We bought the Lechon belly from the weekend food fair at Shangri La Mall. I tried it first before buying and it was good enough similar to Tatang’s Cebu Lechon.
I always like pairing Adobong Kangkong with Lechon. It balances out the savor of the Lechon and of course very low carb. You can eat as much as you can!
