Lunch yesterday with the family was at New Bombay BGC. I am so glad we were able to convince the kids to eat Indian cuisine. It is easy to find a keto dish in the menu. Their masalas and curry sauces are heavy cream and yogurt based so keto friendly. And most Indian dishes uses loads of butter so you also get your high fat requirement. We ordered chicken tikka masala which the kids love, chicken and fish tandoori, mutton curry and cheese and mushroom masala. Happy tummy!
