Pigar Pigar is a dish from Pangasinan and is dinner tonight. It is a simple dish which only has 3 main ingredients – cabbage, beef and onions, all keto friendly. It is very easy to prepare and cook too. You just marinade the thinly sliced beef in soy sauce, salt and pepper for one hour then fry in the pan. Then sauté onions quickly (half cook) where you fried the beef. Lastly, you cook the chopped cabbage where you sautéed the onion until wilted but not over cooked.Put them all together and there you have your Pigar Pigar. My kids loved it too! Yummy and keto friendly!
