Dinner tonight is simple Ginisang Sitaw and kalabasa with pork. It’s sautéed in garlic, onion and tomato. Squash is low carb if taken in small quantity so we have to be easy on it. Generally, all veggies that grow above ground are low carb while those that grow under ground are high carbs.
Chicken is zero carbs if not breaded. Our chicken is cooked in air fryer after massaging the skin with salt and stuffed with lemon grass and ginger. This is always a hit with my kids.
