2 Ingredient Keto Pancake

This is the easiest keto Pancake recipe ever and taste yummy too! I have made this many times and my kids loved it. And the 2 ingredients are cream cheese and eggs. I just mix them using a food processor then cook in a greased pan. That’s it! Here’s the complete recipe for 4 small pancakes.


2 oz cream cheese

2 eggs

Combine in a food processor until completely mixed. Grease pan using butter then pour about 1/4 cup of the mixture in the pan. Cook both sides about 2 minutes. Serve with butter and your favorite keto sweetener.

I used powdered xylitol for sweetness which I made from xylitol granules powdered in food processor.
