This keto bread recipe is among my favorite keto bread recipes. This is based on the fat head dough which is a mixture of mozzarella, cream cheese and almond flour. It is so tasty that you can eat it on its own without any spread or filling. It is very good that I actually have to control myself as I can easily eat many in one seating. It is also high in fat which makes you feel full for a long time. It is easy to make. You don’t need any special tools not even a hand mixer. You just combine the ingredients as mentioned in each step of the recipe to make a dough then make 20 rolls. If it feels runny and not solid enough to roll just add bit by bit some almond flour. Also, don’t attempt to skip the chilling process so your dough will rise and not flat out. I did not bake mine in a cast iron. A cake pan or any baking pan should work.
