Dinner last night was oven baked bangus, beef steak and adobong kangkong. Since I started Keto, I always make sure that there is a vegetable dish every dinner. Vegetables has replaced rice in my diet. This also ensures that I don’t go heavy in my protein. And to keep our food cost at bay, I plan out our dinner to be keto friendly but still all family members will eat. That explains the fish, beef and kangkong in tonight’s meal.
