This is the 2nd time I baked these yummy cream cheese cookies. I doubled the recipe this time so I have enough to serve for dessert at last night’s prayer group meeting and also for my own and kids’ consumption for rest of the week. I only baked half the dough last night and other half this morning. The dough can be kept in the fridge until ready to bake. These cookies don’t taste very different from regular sugary cream cheese cookies except that you won’t feel the guilt. It is sugar free (sweetened with erythritol which is a plant alcohol) and made of coconut flour which makes it low carb. Sorry not much photos while preparing it. The kitchen last night was too busy!
