Once a month whole day day meeting today with my team means free lunch. Since I introduced Señor Pollo to the team, we order their roast chicken most of the time for our lunch. There was even a time that we had this for 3 consecutive months. We don’t get tired of it!
I like the way they season their roast chicken. And their sauces make the experience all the more pleasant. My favorite is their chimichurri sauce. It goes well with their chicken. Also, they have a lot sides to go with the chicken but I would always get their tossed salad for low carb option. Since I would order quarter chicken with 2 sides, I would get 2 tossed salad then.
This place is also a family favorite. We go as much as we can.
