The past nights have been very busy for my family. My husband and I together with our kids are doing a 33 day Family Consecration. We also have to attend a couple of services and gathering with our community. I really had no time to prepare for breakfast. I have been eating my left over family sized pancake and had a quick egg and cheese omelette yesterday. This morning I woke up and remembered that I can actually make a very quick keto bread. I have not done this for a long time so I pulled my notes from my phone and looked for the recipe. This bread literally just takes 2 mins to prepare and cook. And the taste, I like it! The coconut taste is prominent but not very strong. Try it for a quick fix!
Put together in a mug the following and mix with a fork. Microwave for 90 seconds.
2T Coconut Flour
1T Coconut Oil
1/4 t baking powder
