I run out of something keto or low carb to eat last Sunday. And this almost instant keto bread recipe came to mind. It just takes 30 second to prep and 90 seconds to cook. You just mix everything in a mug and cook in the microwave for 90 secs and your done. Easy!
I put lots of butter in my bread and sprinkled with erythritol. Yum!

1T Coconut Oil
1/4t Baking powder
