Bagnet Mustasa Salad

Tonight’s dinner is inspired by Via Mare’s Bagnet Mustasa Salad. Since we tried it last January, we always make it a home. Hubby and I like the tangy taste of raw mustard leaves. It taste like wasabi. And when combined with tomatoes and bagoong with calamansi, it will be party in your mouth with all these complementing strong tastes.

For the Bagnet part, we would air fry a Lechon kawali cut pork belly. So happy that we got an air fryer. It makes eating fried food so easy. It fries faster without the mess of frying using oil.

Another happy low carb dinner tonight!
